In a big organization such as UNCW, website content managers often have trouble being consistent in their writing style and double checking that their page follows every writing guideline is often too time consuming. To fix this issue, I designed a customized AI bot on poe.com that answer content manager's questions on the editorial guidelines at UNCW and edits text to correctly match the guidelines. To customize the AI, specific written instructions were given, including tasks, missions and example responses.
